“Is it not possible to use Post Denmark (probably collaborating with British Royal Mail) as carrier in stead of Fedex? The problem is that Fedex requires absolutely that one makes an appointment to stay at home or a specific address to receive the delivery while Post Denmark gives you an option to fetch it in one of it's many outlets when it suits you. Beside the 9.5 £ for postage fee, this is the only single factor that prohibits me to shop loose at your site! :)”

“Would have given 5 stars except the nail polish remover I ordered arrived looking like it had been used? It was beautifully wrapped and presented in a box but taking it out, there is a good half an inch missing. I smelt the box and it doesn't smell like any has leaked.”
