“have been a customer for a number of years now and have always had a great shopping experience with Garden! the products on offer are fantastic and the choice is excellent - especially love the products for rosacea prone / couperose skin which you can't easily find in the UK shops so please continue with those. wish i had more time to visit the actual shop in Covent Garden, but for us time-poor people the site is a fantastic alternative.”

“Ordered 2 Clarins boxed sets which had 2 small tubes shown on each of the boxes to illustrate the content - yet each box only contained 1 small tube. Is this why they were cheap?”

“I HAVE USED YOUR SITE FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED. UNFORTUNATELY IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS A MESSAGE KEEPS APPEARING SAYING THAT " WEBPAGE CONTAINS CONTENT THAT HAS NOT GOT HTTPS CONNECTION" I THEN TICK YES TO ALLOW IT BUT IT THEN TAKES AT LEAST 30 SECONDS TO MOVE TO THE PAGE I AM TRYING TO ACCESS. THIS HAPPENS ON EVERY CLICK OF THE MOUSE. IT TOOK ME 45 MINUTES TO COMPLETE MY LAST ORDER OF THREE ITEMS. i HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH ANY OTHER WEBSITE SO COULD YOU CHECK OUT THIS PROBLEM. OTHERWISE A GREAT SERVICE.”

“I loved the prices and range of goods available but I did find the website difficult when I wanted to buy two different brands it kept opening two baskets which meant I was going to have to pay P&P on part of the order however when it came the P&P hadn't been included which was good. I will definitely use them again.”

“Item I ordered was reasonably priced (in the sale) and delivered in timely fashion. Was disappointed that they didn't have the quantity I ordered and this should have been notified before ordering and paying for the products. Everything else has been good. Effecient delivery, timely customer service response etc etc. Have no problems with the company/service, except that they actually didn't have all that I ordered and needed to take with me when I leave the country.”
