“Postage within Europe is extremely expensive and is not really post but a courier service. I suggest that customers should be able to choose their preference as this depends on their order and speed.”

Unfortunately due to the Dangerous Goods Act (Jan 2013) fragrances, certain cosmetic products, nail varnishes and aerosols were prohibited from regular post. The only alternative was to use a courier service, which enabled us to post these items.

“At the beginning of this year I returned from living in France and wondered how to get hold of my favourite Avene skin care products. I found The Garden Pharmacy on-line and they not only provide the products I want, but also at a good price, well packaged and quickly.”

“Chanel stuff is very expensive and I am not too sure whether tracking delivery is that important. It would be better if you could offer free postage and packing on light items using ordinary delivery. Otherwise the service and response was excellent.”

Thank you for the comment. As you point out Chanel products are expensive, that is why we use Tracked delivery, which is a more secure service from Royal Mail (also remember that Next day Delivery is FREE on orders over £50)

“The service is really good and delivery within 48 hours. Only problem is the website that continually pops up with an unsafe box. I contiually have to click on the box saying I only wish to access the safe area. It slows up the purchasing so much. I have used the website for many years and am very satisfied with it. Just solve the website problem that is occurring at the present.”
