“Both the handling of my order and the delivery to Finland was fast. I would hope a little bit more information on the website about the products (such as the INCI) and possibly some product reviews from other customers. This would help me to decide if the product I am planning to purchase is suitable for me and my skin type etc.”

“This is a good site, comprehensive, easy to find what you are looking for. The prices were competitive, and my order arrived promptly. Also, the postage was a fair price, and as I live in France postage charges can sometimes put me off buying. I would use this company again.”

“I like to shop your mail store, but I find postage too high, especially when you receive extra goods as gift the postage goes so high I dont want to get the extra goods as gifts. I think when you give extra goods the postage should be the SAME as your purchase postage.”
