“Would have given a '5' but one of the lid of one of the bottle of cleanser I ordered arrived broken. Luckily it hadn't leaked so but I wouldn't be able to transport as completely broken off. Otherwise very impressed, quick turn around, used Royal Mail (so much better than most of other delivery systems) and several nice little sample. Just need a bit of bubble wrap next time!”

“Online service is excellent. Visits to store are hit and miss because some assistants are extremely nice and others are positively frosty. Very well stocked shop with wide variety of items. Feels like a pharmacy you would find in France.”

“I love your website and your customer service. I also love your fast delivery and I will definitely be ordering in the future. The only thing that slightly bothers me is the shipping price to Sweden. If it was at least 5 pounds or free If you purchase for over £100 I would order more :)”
