“Very friendly and knowledgeable, and flexible about allowing me the time I need to make my decision, as well as effectively answering all my questions, even the uncomfortable ones related to poor outside opinions and reassuring me and being understanding of the logic behind these issues. Generally fun to talk to, and helped get me excited for my trip”
