"Absolutely the worst system I've ever encountered.\r\nWouldn't let me complete a simple UK address. When IT manually fixed that, all financial and ID records were deleted.\r\nKept connecting to wrong property ref.\r\nContacted Lettings hub 5 times over a week and problem still persists."

Appalling service. Inefficient service (emails sent after the task had been completed, duplicated emails, incorrect information), astonishingly bad spelling and grammar; no attention to detail is indicative of poor service.
