Samantha Parker from The lettings Hub gets 5/5 for customer service!! She held my hand and helped me switch energy suppliers when I was just hitting a dead end and encountering problems. She followed up with me for over a month until my issue was sorted. Thanks Sam!!

Briar Farrell (line manager Monique) was most helpful, informative and friendly today when I rang to set up our first tenants insurance. The company are very lucky to have someone like Briar on their team and I really wanted to pass on how happy I was with the service I received today.

Very easy to set up. Eddie was lovely and super helpful, made it easy and simple to get started. He was also very friendly and took his time going over all of the finer details. Didn’t feel rushed at any point. Thank you Eddie :)

completely useless absolute scammers run by young people who did not know what they were talking about took 2 weeks to NOT process our references, and then recommended no to landlord. complete misrepresentation and still not received holding deposit do not use at all costs

My husband and are offered to be guarantors so my daughter could get a flat,we filled in all paper work with bank statements,however that was so complicated with endless emails asking us for more information which was not relevant at all, plus a advisor gave us wrong advice which was so stressful i nearly gave up,in fact we were so wired up we made a mistake which now have to correct with Chloe on monday as she was the most helpful.We get good pensions,so why are we on trial.

Unbearably bad experience. After speaking to a kind llass who helped me fill the form, Chloe Young, it’s all been down hill. My referee has been waiting to hear from them, she has written them a letter to write to her directly to ask the details, the agent has been told she hasn’t been in touch with them. It’s all been hell. I’m loving in boxes at tenterhooks! A very clumsy and twisted procedure it’s all been.

Entire application was extremely difficult, and many of the checks are invasive and uncomfortable. Agency are often unable to provide answers or will simply ignore you. They ask for so much information, even after having access to your entire bank account and bank statement. They also harassed my guarantor for a referee (someone superior him at his workplace) even though this could be highly inappropriate and a breach of professional and social conduct. It honestly feels like they don't want people to rent from them, given how difficult the overall process is. Would not recommend this agency. Website user experience was ok.

I applied for a flat and was put through to lettings hub I was asked to pay a holding deposit and take out insurance on the property we was meant to move in on 22nd Apr 2024 on the 23rd April we was told we couldn't move into the property we had to be out of our current property on 22nd April I'm 36 weeks pregnant we asked for our deposit back and was told we couldn't get it back so not only was we made homeless we lost alot of money aswell they don't care my partner has medical issues and our baby due in 5 weeks and we have no home to go to

If I could give 0 star review I would! This company has been dreadful to deal with from the start. They ask for frankly more information than is required and despite calling them numerous times, cannot press a simple button to approve the referencing checks despite requiring no more information. I will never deal with them again

The on boarding was great but nearly a tear in working with this company and it is falling apart. Shocking service, MASSIVE IT failures, we are at our wits end!!!! Never ever had such a poor, shoddy service.

Company expects people to have landlines in 2024, if that's not a red flag I don't know what is. Keep requesting the same documents, I don't know why some random people, who seemingly haven't even passed first grade and can't read, get to decide if I can afford a flat or not... Beware and if your letting agent is working through them, run

Absolute disgrace. The people who work for this company need to take a long hard look at themselves in the mirror. You are dealing with people's lives, and the stress that you cause by not listening, requesting the same things multiple times, providing explanations for your delays that make absolutely no sense, and having the slowest chatbot service I have ever encountered. In the end I had to not only badger them my self numerous times, but also had to get the letting agency on board to do the same before they finally completed the referencing checks. I need a drink!
