“Ordered on 12th of December 2016, shipped the next day, received on 9th of January 2017. Almost a month waiting due to Christmas season I presume. Excellent VAT-free prices and christmas sale offers, very pleasing shipping price terms. Good packaging but definitely could be better. Shoe box was in bubblewrap but anyway came with the sides a little smashed as seen on photos. Fast and correct response from customer service. Good quality of the products, but only time will tell. All mint and looking nice. Good overall, will definitely order again.”

Hi, Thank you for your review and feedback. We are looking for a way to develop and protect sending our footwear internationally. At the moment we do use bubble wrap but are looking into something stronger. We do hope to see you shopping again soon.

“Great service. Shoes arrived quickly, the only thing is that the shoes were marked and them being triple white you can notice it. I believe it's the blue from the shoe box itself”

“Good overall. Could of been better by double boxing my shoes as it turned up damaged and the 24 hour delivery service I paid for rolled into 48 hour.. I originally used the priory as the item I wanted was reduced to a good price and I also found a 20% off code, so overall evened out my issues above. More than likely my score would of dropped from good to poor if I'd paid full price for my item.”

“I ordered a pair of Clarks Desert Boots in Rust Leather. They arrived within a couple of days nicely packaged. When I tried the boots on I thought they were faulty. This is because in the box and on the website photo they appeared a luscious brown colour but once I tried them on, as my foot pushed against the leather, they lost their colour to be replaced by the rust effect! I left a message with The Priory but they didn't ring back. I decided to try another pair on in a local shop and the same thing happened. So it was the intended effect of the leather after all. Other than not getting a call back the service was fine.”

“After buying the gh bass boots and them not fitting well I returned them with the help of lauren. But I haven't heard anything of the refund since. I'm guessing it's a busy period with sales returns etc.. I ordered a universal works baker shirt and dispatch was real fast and I'm over the moon with that. Regards Paul.”
