I ordered a pair of Clarks Desert Boots in Rust Leather. They arrived within a couple of days nicely packaged. When I tried the boots on I thought they were faulty. This is because in the box and on the website photo they appeared a luscious brown colour but once I tried them on, as my foot pushed against the leather, they lost their colour to be replaced by the rust effect! I left a message with The Priory but they didn't ring back. I decided to try another pair on in a local shop and the same thing happened. So it was the intended effect of the leather after all. Other than not getting a call back the service was fine.
