“Large range of products at competitive prices. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.”

“Although you have a good range of stock, your opening hours on the weekend are ludicrous. You obviously don’t grasp the fact that most people work during the week. You also don’t answer the phone on weekends so 5% out of 100% for meeting customer needs. If I do manage to get there when you are open I have found a couple of your staff are nice and know their stuff.”

“I have always found the staff to be friendly and informative, the shop stocks the best of all items, they will often have good specials too. The health of their fish is excellent. I love to just walk around the shop and see all the new items they have even it I will never need it it is good education.”
