“One of the best on-line stores for freshwater and saltwater aquarium gear in Australia. The prices are great, packaging is top-notch and shipping is very fast, what more could you ask. They even include a pack of Mentos for giggles. Highly recommended.”

“The website is easy to search and it has a wide range of all sorts of products you need to look after your fish and tank. The prices are very competitive and you get a free delivery depending on the total amount. Delivery is fast. Would recommend!”

“Not impressed. Bought a Trident without realising I needed a $1700 Apex unit as well. Unfortunately for me, I unboxed the Trident and set it up (including opening the reagent bottles) before I found out I needed an Apex unit. I rang the Tech Den and spoke to someone who said no, I didn't need an Apex to run the new Trident. After Googling, I found out I did need an Apex so rang the same person back to see about about a refund. She couldn't help me because I had opened the box and reagent bottles, but said I would receive a call from one of her managers shortly to see if we could resolve the issue. I am still waiting for that call.”
