“Not leaving your customers standing at the counter for a period of time would be good... some staff of late it seems a hassle to help customers... not especially good customer service.”

“The Staff of The Tech Den ( Caboolture ) have always been very supportive in my growth with my new adventure - Discus Fish , which hasn't been an easy one , but thanks heaps for their great knowledge and advice , to us in achieving our gold - our 330 litre Discus Tank which is up and running very well and looks great with the plants on the drift wood , which make it a lot easier to do a gravel vac.”
