“After a problem with online payment I phoned the company and everything was sorted quickly over the phone. As the item that I wanted was not in stock the company assembled one from spare parts and sent it in days, via a delivery firm who came at their specified time. The overall service was quick, efficient and courteous.”

“I placed my order late at night on the net, but early morning I received a reply thanking me for my order and that it was now being shipped, what great service, just how it should be. The only problem that I had was that 1 of the products that I ordered had leaked it's content and into the packaging and over the other product which was very messy to clean up, but it was done and no harm was done to the rest of the order. When I informed Tool post regarding this problem they had no hesitation in sending out a new replacement. Now this is what I call device of first class, will and can highly recommend this company to all prospective customers. Well done and thank you for a first class service which you have given to me. “Very pleased to be able to obtain Saburtooth Burrs from you. I had been looking at them some months ago but was put off by the high cost of delivery to Ireland. This time I decided I had no option if thats what I needed. I can understand your probable reluctance to use cheaper non signed for routes, as some times things can go astray !. However its also natural for customers to look for economical rates. Maybe you could develop the overseas market more if you could find a cheaper carrier.”
