“I needed a battery for a Michael kors and a tag. In addition I wasted them cleaned. I was delighted they were both completed to high standard in 1 hour. Amazing as I've had to send my tag away and that took 3 weeks before, staff were very helpful . Thanks”

“Very polite and supportive from initial visit through carrying out work and final collection. I required the glass on my Skagen watch replaced. While watch was being repaired I took advantage of discount price to have watch serviced - replace battery etc..Work carried out quicker than planned. Very pleased with repair. Highly recommend service.”

“I took in 3 DKNY watches that all needed new batteries and resealing. Jake at Bristol Cribbs Causeway mall was very professional and all 3 were done in an hour. Will definitely recommend and I will be using again!”

“Was promised a watch replacement and reseal within the hour. Was called back later that day to be told that although they had been able to remove the back casing, they did not have the expertise onsite to reseal the watch so they would have to wait for a more qualified member of staff to do to on another day. They couldn't give me the watch back as they had replaced the battery and could not close it properly. Has to make a special trip to collect it on another day. Very disappointing service and the staff including the manager at the Watch Lab Highcross Leicester branch we totally unapologetic and rude. Will not be going back there. Terrible service.”

“My Longines watch was in desperate need of some attention after it had stopped working. I had previously been told the mechanism was in need of some remedial work. The staff at the Chester branch were really helpful. An initial assessment was completed including contact with a specialist. The watch was sent off for the work to be completed. It was returned in full working order.”

“My Ebel watch needed a replacement battery and I took it to the new outlet at Crawley County Mall. I received very friendly and helpful advice and was very pleased with the price which was less that I had found on other websites. The watch was sent away to the workshop and took nearly two weeks to have the watch cleaned, the battery changed and resealed and tested. I will certainly use The Watch Lab again.”
