“I love The Watch Lab!!!!! Quick, efficient, inexpensive, and friendly. Where else could I get a new battery fitted and pressure tested, and the watch cleaned in an hour and for £65?”

“Battery change on Pulsar 9070 in Reading, UK. Done at a very reasonable price and very quickly (less than 1 hour), which was great for a Sunday. Additionally pressure testing and resealing was included rather than charged extra as other retailers do.”

Operators always take time to discuss any problems and explain costs and guarantees so that you know exactly what you are getting for your money. Always good to return to the Chester store where I feel I am a valued customer and where I can 'talk watches'!”

“I visited the Nottingham branch to have batteries changed on a couple of watches , one of which needed resealing . I must admit to being somewhat cynical of the quoted 1 hour turnaround but they were as good as their word and the watches were ready and waiting for me at the end of the hour . Excellent personable service !”

I got my Seiko, and Rado watches repaired and am now a very loyal and satisfied customer. I was looked after all the staff at different visits and all very helpful.
