“I had been trying to get a new strap for my DKNY watch. I had been to several jewellers and no-one could help me. The person I asked WatchLab knew (sorry I forgot his name) knew immediately what was needed and how much it would cost. He rang me two days later to say that DKNY didn't make a strap to fit anymore but they would make one for me which they duly did and now I am wearing my favourite watch again when I thought it was going to be redundant. Thanks boys at the Leicester Highcross Watch Lab”

“Very good customer service from both members of staff at your Manchester Arndale shop who dealt with my repair issue. My Skagen watch had developed a fault on its wrist catch and your team were able to fix it within half an hour with efficiency and courtesy.”

“After being quoted over £300 by Omega for repairs to my seamaster I left my watch at the York store. One hour later it was ready and only needed a new battery! I was initially worried about leaving my watch at the Lab,but the staff were excellent and reassured me that my watch would be ok.Omega had my watch for over two months and were going to charge for unnecessary repairs.I shall return to the watch lab and strongly recommend it.”

“I took I'm my Guess watch for a new battery but realised after a few days it obviously wasn't the battery,so took it back and booked it in for a service to see what was wrong. I was told it would take up to 8 weeks but it was returned completely fixed within 10 days. Very impressed with the service I was given and they were extremely helpful .”

“I have a Rotary Chronospeed watch that had not seen the light of day for several years and the battery was flat. I visited the Watch Lab in the Highcross shopping centre in Leicester city centre. I received excellent quick service, by two guys who knew what they were talking about. new battery and watch sealed and tested, all within 90 minutes. A good job”

“I needed a new battery for my Tiffany watch and took it to The Watch Lab in the Arndale Centre in Manchester. The service received from Kyle was excellent and my watch was dealt with expertly. I'll definitely continue to use The Watch Lab. BB of Bury.”

“I have been using The Watch Lab (Chester) for a number of years now and have always been pleased with the quality of the service and staff. We have 3 Tag watches and have entrusted them (The Watch Lab) with both the servicing and new batteries when required. I would highly recommend this team of professionals to anyone who has a quality watch that needs attention. “Had a battery replacement, glass replacement and clean carried on my Seiko by the Chester branch of Watch lab. Repair was done quicker than quoted (which was handy) and the watch looked superb. If not for a few permanent scratches on the metal, it could have passed for new (is actually closer to 10 years old). Extremely good service with friendly staff.”

“Used The Watch Lab for new batteries in Rado and Locman watches. Usually if you take these types of watched to a high street jeweller, they will insist these are sent away for new batteries and at a huge cost. Have done this before with my Rado watch and the new battery didn't last a year and will definitely not use these again. Found The Watch Lab in Southampton West Quay, they know their watches and instilled great confidence to leave my watches with them and replace new batteries, prices were better also. All works were carried out within an hour and the whole process was effortless. Very happy with the service offered. Guaranteed I will return with my other watches when they need.”
