“The service was fantastic. Was told the watch would be ready in 30 minutes and they delivered on this promise. Would recommend them to anyone who needs their watch repairing or need to have it looked at. *****”

“My five year old Pulsar watch had stopped and a replacement battery hadn't worked so I took it to the Watch Lab in Reading. They suggested a new movement to get it working again and with a repair cost of £49.50 I almost decided to just look around for a new one but I liked my existing watch and would probably just look for another one identical, so I decided to have it repaired. When I collected it, I was so pleased that, not only is it working perfectly, but it looks like new again. The advice and service I was given at the Reading counter was excellent.”

“I was given a price for the service before any work was done, the initial conversation was quick but all relevant information was included. The turn around time of 45 mins was great and the price was good value.”

“Used the branch in York City Centre to get a new battery fitted in my Skagen watch. Was a busy shopping day but I was dealt with straight away. Told I can pick-up my watch within 45 minutes, which I did. Professional and friendly service!”

“Very pleased with the service we received from The WATCH Lab. Although it's not the fastest service, it is a quality service and much needed for quality watches. My husband had two watches serviced and one repaired and he is pleased to have them back looking as good as new. We were served by the very pleasant, Dan Lancaster who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the watches and the service provided by The WATCH Lab, we will definitely consider using them in the future and will recommend to friends and family.”

“Happy with service. Brought in a Casio sports watch for replacement battery and seal at 0900 and it was ready by 0945 the same day. Have since used watch in tough conditions during a 7-day International Orienteering event without any problems, so job done!”

“I required new batteries for two Nixon watches so took them to the Watch Lab in the Highcross shopping centre in Leicester. The staff were very polite and helpful and told me what they could do as well as putting in new batteries. Essentially each watch had a 'mini-service', and although it isn't cheap, I was very pleased with the results. The chap also spotted that my Tissot had the stop watch running and reset it all to save the battery.”

“I visited the Glasgow branch recently to have the battery replaced in my Zeitner watch and also chose to have a mini valet, which included a tightening of the bracelet fastening as recommended by the staff member, Colin Stuart. The service was excellent, Colin was very friendly, polite and helpful.”

“I was experiencing a problem trying to get a replacement battery for a Fossil watch bought in the US. As the watch was waterproof it had to be sealed and the quote from Fossil direct was considerably more than the Watch lab and entailed sending the watch off to Milton Keynes and also paying postal insurance. A replacement battery in a Fossil shop would be less but without resealing. A casual enquiry at the watch lab in Hanley Stoke on Trent resulted in a quote for a much lower price to include new battery & resealing all within an hour. It comes with a 12 month guarantee and appears to be a quality job. The staff were helpful and efficient and so far I would have no hesitation in going back for any similar replacements.”

“Mark at Southampton West Quay was really knowledgeable and helpful in July 2015 when I called in following an internet search to repair my watch . I had dropped my Lacoste watch which is a few years old and caused it to stop working; Mark quickly provided a quotation which although not cheap I felt was reasonable to restore this watch with sentimental value back to health. I was warned that it could be away being repaired for approx. 6-8 weeks but in fact it was returned a lot sooner than that. At all times during the process Mark kept me up to speed by phone with what was happening and frankly it is always better to under promise and over deliver which is exactly what happened here. Thank you Mark and The Watch Lab for excellent service; I will be recommending you.”
