“I got my partner's watch - a Tag - serviced for fathers' day. The battery had leaked, there were a few scratches on it and the clasp was loose (other wee things needed to be sorted). I got it back 6 weeks later (was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks) and it looks brand new. I was really pleased with the work done. My partner loves having his watch back looking fab as it was a present he got for his 21st birthday. The person who served me at the shop in Glasgow was really nice, explained what would get done - unfortunately I don't remember his name. He even remembered it was a fathers' day present when I came to collect the watch. I would recommend the Watch Lab.”

“I had links removed from one watch and have been a few times for new batteries for a Gucci Rado and Boss watch, they were professional and had them ready within the hour, great service and friendly staff”

“The watch was sent following a conversation from Jim at Preston. He was very helpful and as it was received on the Thursday , he called me to confirm the battery was successfully replaced and recommended a mini valet as the strap to the watch was dirty and offered a half price mini valet . The watch was returned by special delivery pristine and in a very smart Omega box! Watch Omega Constellation. Shop Preston. Date 4 august 2015.”

“I bought my fiancé a Citizen watch for Christmas but the strap was not long enough. Jim @ The Watch Lab in Preston could not have been more helpful. Citizen do not make a longer strap!! Jim suggested a couple of options and advised re: size, quality and thickness of the replacement. He then ordered the strap with an expectation of 48 hours delivery. Less than 24 hours later, Jim called and the watch was ready for collection. Jim had also moved the Citizen buckle to the new strap to improve the look and quality. My fiancé and I are delighted with the watch and the service. He will now wear the watch proudly on our Wedding Day next week! Thank you Jim and The Watch Lab!”

“York branch (sorry, forgotten staff name): needed battery replacement for 2002 Mondaine day/date. Procedure explained carefully (sealed back and crown involved) and completed within 45 minutes at reasonable cost. At Mondaine dealer down the road, would have had to send the watch away! Excellent service. JH”

“Very pleased with the service received at the store in the trinity centre in Leeds. Louise who served me was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I had some links removed from my D&G bracelet style watch which was done within the hour. The second time I used the service I needed a link replacing in the same watch. The part was ordered and replaced within the promised 10 days and I was very happy with the results. I would recommend the store and the services they offer. A big thumbs up from me!”

“Gucci watch. Strap repair, Bristol Cribbs Causeway. The Watch Lab team were very helpful and explained all options available for my repair. They even made phone calls to the supplier on my behalf and called me back with options. The repair was carried out quickly and professionally.”

“Excellent service. Fast, helpful and reasonably priced. Thought the worst when I dropped my Boss Orange watch and kept it locked away as I didnt want to take it to the jewellers for repairs (they always rip you off....). On the off chance when passing by I popped in and spoke to a friendly and helpful chap who offered to inspect the watch and give me a full breakdown of costs on any repairs. Turned out that it just needed a battery and a few screws tightened up.... excellent result! Will be back for sure. Thank you!!”

“The watch lab provided a brilliant service from start to finish! Jim was very knowledgeable and efficient with what he did. I was advised that it may take up to two weeks but it was back in the shop within 3 days! Overall very impressed and glad to have my watch back and repaired for a reasonable price. My watch was dropped off at the Fulwood Preston branch”

“I firstly trusted the watch lab to remove some links in my finances Michael Kors watch, they done such a promt and efficient job that when I bought myself an Armani Ceramica watch. Most places couldn't accommodate removing links on a ceramic watch but the Watch lab came to the rescue again and manages to do a promo and professional job. That leads me to the final time I have used them (so far ) , I have had my dad's sieko kinetic watch left to me and after not wearing it for a long time it stopped working. Even after wearing it for a long while the second hand kept skipping and I also had a lot of dirt and dust between the links and crevices. There was also a problem with the clasp which kept opening , so it was given a resize and an ultrasonic clean. The watch came out gleaming and with a reshape a clasp now it fits perfect. Even though it gets sent away for a full service ( perhaps because it is an older style kinetic watch ) which will take 6-8 weeks with a comprehensive overhaul and parts replacement. While I am very happy to let them do this as I have always been more than satisfied with their work I am waiting until after the beginning of September so I can wear it in my wedding day and have it sent off after. Honestly if you have watched that you truly value I wouldn't recommend anywhere as much as I would the search Lab ( west quest is the one I went to)”
