“My Tag Link battery had died, took it to them and surprisingly within 2 hours it was back with me as good as when I left it with them. I am always sceptical about leaving my watches with people as they have been scratched in the past, but none of that this time. Greer did a great job.”

“I brought two watches to the guys at Leicester Highcross, a Tag and a Skagen. Both watch batteries were replaced within the hour as well as tested/resealed. Both guys I spoke to where clear, knowledgeable and polite. I was very happy with the service I received.”

“Very knowledgeable staff, excellent service and great pricing. I gave my watch in for a new battery, and also purchased the extra clean and polish, which was heavily discounted due to my paying for a new battery. The technician explained the exact process to me and was able to complete the work in the hour. Really good turnaround and the watch works as expected now and looks the part too.”

“hi I had to change a battery on a Swiss legend watch that I did bought on internet form USA and I took it to H Samuel and Ernest Jones but they couldn't do it . A friend o my told me about the Watch Lab in Lake Side shopping centre so I took it there and they did it for me . Very happy with the job sealed properly no water no problems.”

“Nothing seems to be too much for the very friendly men who work there. I have taken several of my watches for repair and batteries and whenever I go I am always made to feel welcome and appreciated. Such care and attention is rare. Thank you”
