“I used the Mall in Bristol branch to replace the battery in my Victorinox watch which normally I have to have sent away for this service. The team were fast, efficient and provided a very good service.”

“I came across The Watch Lab accidentally as they opened the branch I used that day. I had been carrying my watches around for some days, in the car, and other repair shops had declined due to the nature of the work required. I gave TWL the watches, a Aviator, Rotary and swatch. Each had different problems. Each repair was explained to me, the cost and how long it would take. I agreed, dropped the watches and continued shopping. When I returned my watches were done and I was given a two year guarantee on the work. I found them very friendly and the quality of the work high. I've recommended them to my friends and will definitely use them again. The branch I used was in Crawley, Mall downtown . I'm not a staff of theirs and they haven't paid me, ha ha. I just got a good service. Victor”

“Thank you Calvin Blackburn for the excellent and speedy service of changing the battery and resealing both mine and my daughters watches. From my Bulova to my daughters timex every care was taken and all done within the hour. Pricing was also cheaper than all quotes I had from Jewelers in Silverburn and Glagow who all also quoted weeks for the service to be carried out. Thanks again I have been recommending you to all my family and friends”

“My make of watch was a briel And it was for a new battery It was changed at silverburn centre in pollock Glasgow G53 Excellent service from Calvin Blacburn,took watch from me and said,return in an hr and it will be done.when I returned an hr later watch was waiting for me time date and all other jobs done for me.il definitely recommend this company to my family and friends as was well pleased with the time taken as didn't expect it back so quickly with it being a more expensive watch and have a battery to hand with which to replace old one.thanks once again Regards Andrew Duncan”

“I recently visited the watch lab in Bristol Cribbs Causeway to replace a battery in both a Tag watch and Gucci watch after a disappointing service from an established jewellers. The staff were very friendly, informative and delivered on their promise of completing within am hour. Great service and would use them again.”

“My DKNY Ceramic watch needed a total internal replacement after it stopped working. The guys in the Glasgow branch were extremely helpful, and made sure I was happy and knew exactly what was going on. They also had it back to me far sooner than estimated, in perfect working order and not a scratch on it. Wonderful service.”

“Courteous attention at all times. Full repair to a Bulova watch, replacing movement and adjustment knob. Though repair took some time the reason for this, availability of parts from manufacturer, this was clearly explained and I was called at once when the job was finished”

“Preston branch/Jim Howard. Excellent service, very courteous staff. Repaired my Tissot which had been messed up by a local jeweller on battery change (poor battery and damaged the chrono function). Gave an estimate of cost upfront, did the job to my complete satisfaction and within the hour/whilst I waited. Also replaced battery in my wife's Tissot at the same time. Both watches cleaned/valeted, sealed and pressure tested to factory standard. Fair price. I have every confidence in this organisation and shall certainly return in future, including trusting them with my Omega, Longines and Breitling watches. Special mention to Jim Howard, who inspired confidence from the outset and with great courteous service, a gentleman.”

“Excellent customer service. A bit pricey..£19.95 for a watch battery for my skaagen watch!! But trusted them to do a good job and ready to collect in 45mins, other jewellery needed to send my watch away! They also gave me a 12 month guarantee And said they revealed it so that it would be waterproof again. I needed my watch quickly so paid the price ! Overall I am pleased with service.”

“I needed a new strap for my Gant watch and settled for one that would seem to do the job. A bit more costly than I expected so I hope it lasts a good time. My wife needed a battery for her Maurice Lacroix watch and this was fitted, as was my strap, while we were at West Quay Southampton. Some helpful advice was also provided to my wife in terms of ongoing care. This is our first experience of the Watch lab and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to others.”
