“I was shopping in Silverburn Shopping Complex in Glasgow when I saw ,The Watch Lab , I needed a Battery for my Gucci Watch so asked for a cost , to be honest the cost was the same as The Jewelers across from The Watch Lab but Greer explained what was involved in changing a battery , it's not as easy as taking the back off and sticking a battery in, he also said he would have it replaced within 30 minutes, and true to his word it was , The Jewelers said it would be about 4 to 6 weeks before I got it back, so I would definitely recommend The Watch Lab , first class service and would def use again”

“The staff at the watch Lab in Cribbs Causway were very friendly and helpful, Chris Pope explained exactly what work was needed and how long it would take. The watch was a Tag, which needed a battery change a pressure testing after. A very good service which I would recommend and use again.”

“Asked The Watch Lab to fit a new watch battery in my watch, which they did. It's a slightly oversized watch and a lot of jewellers are reluctant to open it. Was not a problem here. They also resealed it which, apparently, is important. I haven't been underwater since but should I do so I have confidence that I will know what time it is.”

“Amazing service at the manchester arndale branch. The employees were very friendly and had a good sense of humour. After the great service i received the first time with the replacement wrist strap from my hugo boss orange, i went back less than a week later with a police executor black steel watch to get the size re-adjusted, and they got it done in a reasonable time frame. Thank you for your service!”

“The team replaced the battery in my Thomas Sabo watch. The team in the Arndale Centre in Manchester were very helpful and gave me sound advice. I have since used the outlet in The Potteries Centre in Hanley where they replaced a strap for me on my sons watch. I will definitely be using The Watch Lab in the future.”

“Longines watch repaired, very tiny screw to clamp battery fitted. Battery replaced and watch resealed. Jewellers were very professional. I needed the job done quickly and they were able to return the watch in an hour and a half, very impressed would recommend to a friend.”

“I took my watch for a battery while I was there I also had a mini valet on my guess watch that Steven rothwell told me about that if I had it done at the same time it was cheaper so I left my watch when I picked it back up I was very pleased I would recommend the watch lab every time they are so helpful and professional .”

“I recieved excellent service, care and attention from the watch lab in Manchester Arndale, every member of staff that I have spoken to there have been well mannered and very helpful. I would strongly recommend using them for any service, repair or fitting. All three 'police' watches that I haven taken here have been dealt with at an excellent standard. Cannot say a bad word about them.”

“It was a Timex watch and the back had come off when the watch had been dropped. I took it to your shop in The Mall in South Gloucester, North of Bristol and asked that the back be replaced and the watch re-waterproofed. It was explained to me that the watch could only be made water resistant as it was never water-proof in the first place. I like that attention to detail. The repair was completed, as promised, in 30 minutes and included a new battery. Last year I had taken the same watch to another shop in the Mall to have the battery replaced. That time the job took 3 days (requiring a return trip to the shop to collect the watch) and cost 4 times the amount charged by the Watch Lab. Needless to say I was very pleased with my experience at The Watch Lab and will take other watch repairs to them in the future.”

“I went to Cribbs Causeway shopping mall in Bristol to get a new battery and strap for my wife's watch at a jeweller from the chain I bought it originally. Unfortunately (or fortunately in this case) they no longer sell watch straps and were unable replace the battery! They suggested I visit their sister chain of jewellers (I will not mention the name) but I declined the offer as it is a very expensive swiss watch and requires a bit more expertise in my opinion. I then decided to visit The WATCH Lab store in Cribbs and see if they could help. When I walked in I noticed they had a number of good quality watches in their display case and I was greeted immediately by gentleman in a white lab coat. I felt at ease immediately and when Chris came to serve me I was confident I had come to the right place. Battery replacement, clean, test and reseal, no problem! They also had a nice selection of good quality leather straps. They were quite busy (a good sign I thought) and it would be an hour and half to complete said Chris. I did not mind as I had a plenty to do (still looking for the wife's Christmas present!). I collected the watch 90 minutes later with new battery, new strap (with original gold clasp swapped on to new strap!!) and a 12 month guarantee on the battery! Admittedly it was not cheap, but compared to the price I paid just for a new battery from the jeweller last time (they didn't even reseal it!) and the price I was quoted for a strap from the manufacturer (£79.95!), it was a bargain. If you have a watch you value and it needs a bit of TLC, I highly recommend you try The WATCH Lab.”
