“My watch, which had previously had a new battery fitted (not by yourselves) had not been assembled correctly. It worked ok but by the time it needed a new battery the damage had been done and a more detailed repair was needed. Whilst it cost me more money to repair I wouldn't hesitate to return to youselves.”

“We found the watch lab in Westquay in Southampton extremely helpful. Mark Wiseman was so reassuring both times we have had used the lab. The first watch was a ladies 'Pierre Cardin' watch and very pleased with the service we were given. Consequently we returned with my husbands 'Tag Heuer' watch. Again very pleased with the battery replacement and cleaning of the bracelet. On both occasions we were very impressed by Mark's knowledge, service and attention. He certainly is a true credit to your firm. Thank you.”

“I bought a Casio G-Shock some time ago, now out of guarantee. The analogue and digital functions were out of sync and try as I might, could not get it sorted. New watch I think? Happened by chance to pass Watch Lab and thought just ask. Within an hour everything was sorted and the watch is working perfectly. The technician was polite and very helpful. I would recommend Watch Lab to anyone for service and value for money.”

“Brand of watch: Rotary Repair carried out: New Battery and Professional Clean Location of branch: Highcross Shopping Centre, Leicester Wow, Really great service, Phillip was helpful, he explained the seal mechanism in the watch, how lesser repairers don't replace the seal & why replacing the seal was important - The Professional clean really made the watch look like new.”

“I have used the Watch Lab based at Highcross, Leicester on a couple of occasion's and find the staff to be friendly, efficient and polite. My first visit was to have a Gucci watch bracelet altered and my second visit was to have a new battery fitted to my partners Gant watch which entailed having the watch re-sealed, cleaned and polished. I will certainly use the Watch Lab again.”

“I have always used the Watch Lab in the Highcross Shopping Centre in Leicester, as the service is always first class. Michael and his colleagues offer a first rate service. I had two repairs carried out on my Police watch, which required a new strap and re-sealing, and have also had my Technomarine fully serviced and sealed. They call me to let me know when my repair has been carried out and the cost is very competitive with other places I have been too. First class customer service.”
