“I have a recently purchased Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra quartz watch —one of the older models with white gold batons and the blue dial. After reading the Watch Lab website, I went to the Buchanan Galleries shop in Glasgow to see if they would open the watch up, check the movement, fit a new battery, reseal and pressure test the back. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Colin Stuart did the job for me in little more than an hour, including an adjustment to the length of the metal bracelet. Everything was as it should be, and I will certainly come back again. Very professional.”

“I was passing by when a woman on the pavement with a poster attracted me to the shop inside Arndale. Great service on my two broken watches which I happened to be carrying with me. One a Timex that needed a strap and battery and the other a Casio with a broken glass and which needed a battery. The first repair was done in 30 minutes, the other had to be sent away and I was called when it was ready a few weeks later. Super service. So glad I found The Watch Lab. The reception is warm and friendly and the workmanship excellent. Now I know where they are, I won't go anywhere else.”

“I have just received my 1973 Tudor Prince Oysterdate Submariner back from a full service and am delighted with the standard of the work that has been done. The refurbishment has returned the watch to its original condition and it looks impressive. I arranged the work through your Chester branch and was impressed by the level of service and attention that I received from Dave Fisher and two other members of your staff that I discussed the work with. I would certainly recommend The Watch Lab to anyone who admires my watch.”

“I thought the service was good. Sean seemed very knowledgable about my watch and explained why it had to be sent away to have the battery replaced. Although I was surprised just how expensive it was compared to the last time when Mappin and Webb replaced it onsite.”

“I have been a customer of The Watch Lab in Chester for many years, and on all occasions I have found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. Lorna Stone took care of me on a recent visit when I came to collect my watch. She was excellent with me and the other customers, and I found her to be a very likeable person. My watch is an old 1990's Ellesse swiss movement 100m waterproof, without fail all staff have recognised it, and given good advice about what needs to be done to keep it in good condition. I usually have a battery change and "full service", and have always been very happy from start to finish. My watch, and strap are all in perfect condition. Many thanks to all concerned. There is a reason that the store is usually busy, like myself, satisfied customers return time and again.”

“Visited the Leeds branch to change batteries on my TW Steel and my wife's Gucci. They completed both in a few hours while I went to the shops. Sealed for waterproofing and no need to send back to manufacturers so I was very happy. Really friendly service and the staff seemed to know their stuff about watches in general so I felt very comfortable with them carrying out the work. I will use them for all my future changes. Thanks”
