“My Longines watch was in desperate need of some attention after it had stopped working. I had previously been told the mechanism was in need of some remedial work. The staff at the Chester branch were really helpful. An initial assessment was completed including contact with a specialist. The watch was sent off for the work to be completed. It was returned in full working order.”

“My Ebel watch needed a replacement battery and I took it to the new outlet at Crawley County Mall. I received very friendly and helpful advice and was very pleased with the price which was less that I had found on other websites. The watch was sent away to the workshop and took nearly two weeks to have the watch cleaned, the battery changed and resealed and tested. I will certainly use The Watch Lab again.”

“I needed a Mondaine watch repaired- new strap and battery required. Initially I phoned the Watch Lab the assistant was exceptionally helpful. Another equally helpful assistant explained how long the repairs might take (it was so much quicker) and the cost. I have already recommended the Watch Lab to a relative.”

“My watch is a Rotary Automatique and is forty years old with forty years of ware. The watch lab carried out a full service, replace the glass and date and wonder bevel. My watch was returned on time and in excellent condition. I did not expect it to be so good. Apart from a couple of hidden deep scratches the watch looks new, well done thank you.”

“My watches are both tissot 1853 and before using watch lab I used a very good jewellers And the priced varied each time, then I used watch lab and they kept up there words and I was very pleased with the service they provided, one of my watched I never really take it off even when working in the dusty jobs I do in the building trade, even though that watch is nearly 10 years old I sent it to watch lab for a new battery and a deep clean and it came back like the day I bought it. So see you again when my watches need a service”

“I took my Tag Heuer watch to the Nottingham Victoria centre branch, and was looked after by Gary. He was very helpful, replaced the battery, re sealed the watch, gave it a mini valet, ran all the checks etc. Gave me a price up front which was competitive, and the work was completed in the agreed time, less than 2 hours! All in all - very happy with the service would recommend!”

“On Saturday 20/02/16 whilst shopping in Silverburn Glasgow I spoke to Calvin Blackburn at The Watch Lab about my two watches that had not been working for months/years. Calvin explained what need to be done and gave me a price which I was more that happy with. One hour later I had two sparkling, working watches. “I took a Michael Kors watch to Watch Lab after being quoted extortionate monies elswhere and also to replace the full bracelet ( so much for after sales and customer service these days) Watch lab gave me various fixing options and various prices to fix all the staff were very very helpful and Louise was mega in fixing within a short time would use again and highly recommend”
