“I was very happy with the service I received at the The Mall, Bristol branch when I took my Raymond Weil watch in for a new battery and reseal. I was only "watchless" for about 1 hour as it's a very speedy service. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends.”

“Always use these guys for any problmes with watches, of which I have a few... last time I visited they did a quick adjustment job on a strap and didn't want any payment - now that's not daft, that's sensible, as you know they are honest and of course they bring the business in because of that every time. Its good old fashioned customer service.”

“Visited Watch Lab Buchanan Street Galleries recently with a watch/battery issue. Replacement battery failed to get my watch working, but thanks to Shaun, the problem was soon rectified and I'm delighted my watch is working again. Thank you Shaun for your first class service, and the overall manner in which you dealt with my concern and for fixing my watch! You're friendly and reassuring manner makes you a credit to Watch Lab!!! Thanks so much!!!!! Highly recommend. Darren :-)”

“My daughter had lost a pin connector on her DKNY watch and took it to her local branch of Timpson for replacement. When she collected it a few days later she found it had not been repaired but 2 links had been broken in the attempt. With no apology for the damage she was then told it would cost £65 to replace the whole strap! Enter the heroes of The Watch Lab. I took the watch to your West Quay Southampton branch hoping something could be done. I spoke to Neil, who was appalled at the treatment we had received. He told me the only way the links could have been broken would be if the wrong tools had been used. Luckily we had 2 spare links which had been removed initially as it was too big. I left the watch with Neil and his team and collected it mended an hour later. I couldn't have asked for more, the team were amazing. They were more than helpful even taking photographs of the damage for me to present to Timpsons. Result: Timpson 0, The Watch Lab 10. Excellent service. Many thanks”

“The technician who served us was very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. It was done in less than an hour. The price could have been a bit more reasonable for all that was involved in the process. The same price would apply if sent away to the manufacturer. Silverburn - watch battery replacement”

“On Sunday 13th March my husband and I visited the Watch Lab at Silverburn shopping centre Glasgow. The service we received was excellent. The technicians were both helpful and knowledgeable. My Rotary wrist watch had the battery renewed and the watch cleaned, all done in an hour. My husband's Breitling wrist watch required a new battery and clean, the process was explained clearly and details of the postage, insurance and return postage given. ..all this with a 12 month guarantee. All in all an excellent service. Will definitely recommend and use again. Morna Paterson”

“I had to have a new battery put in my Tissot watch. This was done very quickly on Monday. Today I had to return to the shop (Silverburn in Glasgow) as my watch stopped working. The battery had come out but it was fixed efficiently and once again the gentleman who served me was charming. I would be happy to use the Watch Lab again. CL Glasgow”
