“I took a pair of Movado watches (rare in the UK, so many high street jewellers will not touch them) for replacement batteries. They were also given ultrasonic cleans to clean the bracelets and backs of the usual muck that gets caught up in those areas. They came up beautifully clean and are again keeping excellent time with the new batteries. All completed in an hour or so and well worth the wait and cost. Excellent service by Aaron Palmer at the Reading branch.”

“I needed a link put into the bracelet of my Citizen eco-drive ladies watch and used The Watch Company based in Silverburn Shopping Centre, Glasgow. It was handy to be able to shop while they had my watch for repair and pick it up later.”

“Replaced the leather strap on my Rotary while I was chatting to the member of staff who dealt with my request. Was initially quoted 20 minutes but was waiting no longer than 5 minutes! Great service”

“I go to the Manchester watch lab in the Arndale centre. I recently took my seiko watch there to get a new battery. I had my last battery replaced there, it lasted 2 yrs. I was attended by Colin Stuart a pleasant and courteous young man. My battery was fitted and is working perfectly .( hoping this will last another 2 yrs. The price I paid is a third of what I was charged by the jewellers that I bought the watch from! . Would recommend the watch lab.”

“The guys that served me were lovely! I emailed them initially to get a quote (which they were quick to respond to) and couldn't do enough when I went in. My partners Armani watch was in a state with the hands all broken and the back off, but the Silverburn store did what I thought couldn't be done and repaired it in about an hour! They phoned me to let me know it was ready as I asked and it was value for money I feel. Very happy customer :)”

“My much loved Longines classic watch required a new battery and a clean. I was recommended to The Watch Factory by a very helpful assistant in Selfridges. Off I went to their Manchester branch in the Arndale. They couldn't have been more helpful. Very knowledgable staff who recognised my watch within a few seconds of seeing it. They were very obviously watch fans. Professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them. Watch arrived back on time and sparkling. Sue Johns”

“I recently put an ARMANI watch in for repair, no idea what the problem was it just stopped working. It was put in to the GLASGOW shop and was returned within 5 weeks in an immaculate condition, I am full of praise for both the shop staff and the watch repairers”
