“My watch, a15 year old Saint Honoré needed the clasp adjusting. The repair was carried out within the hour as stated. And the price was reasonable. My watch repairer of choice and highly recommended.”

“My Breitling needed a battery change and I didnt want to wait for my usual watch shop to ship it for a battery change. Therefore watch lab was able to change the battery for me within an hour and pressure seal it. For the same price as my usual shop would charge they also polished and cleaned the watch for me. Overall a good service and I would use again. Manchester Branch.”

“We recently took my wife's 9ct gold dress watch to the Watchlab for a new battery. The assistant suggested having the case and gold strap cleaned at the same time. As it was getting quiet late(4.30pm) I thought we might have to come back another day to collect it, but they told us to come back in an hour and it would be ready, it was and it had cleaned up well, we were very pleased with this service again, we've used them before and find the staff have a passion for watches and are very knowledgable. Recommended. Peter”

“I was welcomed by a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff who explained the cost of a new battery and also offered to clean my watch. I was told it would take about an hour so we went for a walk around Manchester and returned within the hour. my watch was done very pleased with the service.”

“I took four of my wrist watches in to The Watch Lab situated in the Highcross in Leicester. I had three battery replacements and reseals done and bracelet links removed from another. I also had three of them cleaned. It took just over two hours for them to do all of that and the service I received from Nathan, Michael and Philip was exceptional. No complaints at all, my watches look like new and are ticking away marvellously. Would recommend highly to anyone. Cathy from Leicester.”

“I had the strap adjusted on my Casio Pro Trek at the Manchester branch. This was done within a few minutes and was then adjusted further when I tried the watch afterwards. The service is always excellent here, with quick, high quality work, friendly service and detailed advice.”

“Jessica in the Glasgow branch was very helpful. My wife's Rado watch needed a new battery. Jessica explained the process, including re-sealing the casing. She also gave me the opportunity to have the watch professionally cleaned, which I took. The watch was ready when Jessica said it would be, and looked as good as new,”
