“I took my Tag watch in to the Nottingham branch for a new battery, i was a little apprehensive as I had only every taken it to Goldsmiths where I purchased it. After a chat with the sale advisor Clare Kitchener she put me at ease. I was very impressed with the level of information which she gave to me and was really friendly. I would highly recommend the watch lab and will be returning when the battery needs replacing”

“Staff were enthusiastic. My watch is bit older and the guy that served me seemed to be pretty knowledgeable about my watch. “Watch Lab had a professional approach and were teaching a new member of staff the correct ways to deal with customers and the procedures. The watch went in for a battery and the process of fitting and re-sealing the watch was explained beforehand. I left the watch and went shopping and when I returned half an hour later the staff checked the watch was mine before handing it over.”

“First of all I went to ernest joans to have a battery changed they said they will have to send it away to have it changed they said if I want it done now I should take it to the watch lab we recommend them they are very good and we take some of our watches there to have battery's and other bits done very good service would use them again”

Calvin explained how and why The Watch lab were authorised to carry out work on omega watches. I was delighted that all work was carried out in one hour while I remained on the premises.
