“The quality of the repair, value for money and the speed in which they fixed my Skagen watch (the same day), was excellent. I also went in the following week to get an extra hole punched into the strap and they did it there and then. Couldn't come more highly recommended. Branch: Leeds, Trinity. Watch: Skagen Grenen leather”

“Excellent service. The jeweller where the watch was purchased was unable to replace the battery that day. They advised it would take 4 weeks. The Watch Lab relaxed the battery within 20 minutes. They took time to advise about General care of the Boss watch which belongs to my son. Definitely recommend the Watch Lab. I went to the Silverburn branch in Gladgow and was served by Calvin Blackburn. Many thanks!”

“Very friendly staff .and the service was excellent. These guys know there stuff.even if they have to listen to the busker singing same songs over and over as they are in the heart of leeds .would recommend anyone to get watches repaired”

“The staff were great, happy to help, explained it all in good order and were approachable. I think this made a real difference compared to a main jewelers, where their focus would be on sales rather and service options. Speed was good given the busy day. Will use again!”

“My Rotary automatic from the early 70s had been turned down by a number of repairers but Watchlab did a fantastic job. It's meant a lot to me to have it working again as it has a lot of sentimental value attached to it. The turnaround time was very quick given the size of the repair. It was handled by the Leeds branch - don't know the names of the staff as I dealt with several but they were all very pleasant, helpful and cheerful. Well done!”

“I tried the Watch Lab at the Mall, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol some time ago to service my wife's Gucci watch. The service was fast and efficient and the staff were extremely polite. I returned recently to have my Tag Heuer serviced. I received the same fast and efficient service. The staff were once again very polite.”

“Very professional I took my Oniss watch to have battery fitted also had my watch cleaned looked like new when Igot it back they said it would take and hour and when i went back it was done 1 hour I had previously been to them to have my watch braclet adjusted it is tungsten and ceramic no one else would do this. done perfectly they certainly know what they are doing in the Manchester branch. Thanks Guys”
