“I researched online as advised to find a reputable place where I could get my Tissot watch battery replaced. I found the Watch Lab and sent an email, I received a call the next day from Jake (Perry-Olafson) who was very friendly and knowledgable. Turns out the nearest place was Crawley which was close by. They offer an excellent service, a fast turnaround and Jake and his colleague were both very nice. All in all a fab experience and the watch was also cleaned at a small cost on top and looks brand new! Very pleased with the whole service received and I would highly recommend the Watch Lab.”

“My dealings with the Watch Lab have been regular over the last couple of years, not because of any problems, just the opposite. I have regularly taken my personal watches to the Watch Lab for the usual battery replacement, but then came the "big" one when my Longines required a full service. The watch is perfect again with an obvious dedication given to the repair, so much so that the Watch Lab have recently serviced my wife's Zenith and my daughter's Ebel to the same high standard, thereby ensuring great satisfaction from us all.”

“The Watch Lab in the Shires shopping centre Leicestershire, i took my Longines watch to have a new battery put in a sealed back case and to have a new case reordered, unfortunately the back case was obsolete so i just had a new battery installed, the watch Lab were fantastic they rang me to tell me that they could not get the part but could buff the case up a the back of the watch and also told me i would get some money back, i found the Watch Lab to be one of the best places to take watches for repair, they are very friendly, helpfull and the communication was brilliant, i have no hesitation on using them again AAA1 Service through out and very quick.”

“Took a DKNY watch to Crawley for repair. Turns out it was just the battery and could do with a good clean. Fabulous service. Could'nt fault the time it took which was half an hour. Have already recommended to family and friends. Taking another watch in next week. Deal with them with confidence !”

“I bought a Swiss Army watch (made in Switzerland) for my son whilst I was serving with the Armed Forces in Saudi Arabia. When the battery ran out we visited about 8 well known jewellers in Leicester to have a new battery fitted, none of which were able to get the back off the watch. By chance I was recommended the Watch Lab in Leicester. I must admit that I was very sceptical as the two repairers worked from a small booth in the Shires and not from a high street shop. I was told that they could replace the battery and that it would take an Hour. Still sceptical in view of the many failures I said that I would only pay once they had managed to do the job. To cut a long story short they replaced the battery within the Hour and my son was delighted. I cannot praise and thank them enough.”

“The Watch Lab Manchester recently fitted a battery in my Diesel digital watch and the service was as always brilliant. My watch is very sentimental to me and I have had the strap, glass and battery changed on numerous occasions over 10 years and I would only use Watch Lab Manchester.”

“Came to watch lab with a broken pin for my watch.nate and Chris(I think) were super helpful and friendly.explained the issue gave me a price and offered to give a deep clean for a reduced price with the repair to avoid it happening again in future and took a link out for me. All in, it took around an hour and when I returned it was all fixed and bagged ready to go. Would definately recommend”

“The Watch Lab Glasgow fitted a new battery and professionally cleaned my Guess watch, I had already tried a local jewellers who told me there was a chance they would damage the stones if they attempted to change the battery and would have to send it away to be repaired so I was over the moon when The Watch Lab did it in less than an hour for a reasonable enough price. Feels like a new watch! The only thing I would say is I was asked to pay upon leaving the watch which seemed a bit strange would have made more sense to pay on collection.”

“It was 2 Citizen watches, a battery for one and a new strap for the other, done at Glasgow shopping centre. The chap who did the work was very well mannered and gave a quick estimate of what had to be done and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the result...thankyou..I would come back.”
