“I went into the Bristol cribbs causeway store to inquire about changing the battery in my ICE watch, the gentleman working in the shop explained about the ICE watch and what would be involved in changing the battery(which I wasn't aware about before) in order to keep the watch water tight, he told me how much it would cost and that it would take about an hour to complete, I explained that I had finished shopping and didn't want to wait around for an hour, he then said as it was quiet he could manage it in 45 minutes. So I left my watch with him and returned in 40 minutes to see how much longer it would take and as I walked into the shop he had just finished. He gave me all the details I needed and returned my watch working perfectly with the correct time and date on it. Excellent service given full details and work completed in very good time.”

“Jake I believe to be the young man who served me was polite, professional and very informative. I travelled 40 mins in the car from Guildford to Crawley to get my Cartier watch battery replaced. This was done on the premises with no fuss. I had previously asked 4 jewellers who all gave me time scales of 6-8 weeks. I was so happy the battery could be changed without being sent off. I returned to this company after meeting the manager the week before. Both staff members had been very personable and competent. My watch is still keeping correct time and I would recommend this company to friends and use them again. A very pleased customer. Mrs Jules Moore.”

“I got a new strap and service for my watch. Must say the customer service was impressive from the moment I first walked in and was warmly greeted till when I picked my watch up. The work done is of a high standard! My watch feels and looks as good as new! On the whole really impressed with Watch Lab and the prices were very reasonable for the service you get!! Really would recommend them”

“I had a new battery fitted and the watch strap cleaned on my Tag Heuer watch. George Singh served me at the Bristol Cribbs Causeway store. I thought the service was excellent. The watch was pressure tested and cleaned. It looked really clean and smelt really fresh too! I would recommend The Watch Lab and will definitely use them again.”

“Very knowledgeable and efficient. Flexible with pricing after it was established that the battery was not the issue and a full service was required. The watch was returned much quicker than was anticipated which was good, but perhaps need to be more realistic with the time estimate if possible. I was told it would be circa 8 weeks and in fact it was circa 2-3 weeks. Overall - very impressed and we will use you again.”

“Had a wonderful experience with Greer at your Glasgow, Silverburn kiosk. We had a Rotary watch cleaned and it also had a battery change. We returned for a second time and had an Armani watch cleaned. On both occasions we dealt with Greer and I have to say it was a completely satisfying experience. His knowledge of the watches and his customer service was impeccable. I would definitely use this service again and hope to deal with Greer again.”

“I was in Glasgow, Buchanan Galleries, my Tagheuer watch needed a new battery. I was told the price in advance and how long it would take. We went and did some shopping and it was ready for me when we got back. Very satisfied.”

“Excellent service should be a given. It makes business sense. Unfortunately though it remains elusive in the High Street. But the guys at The Watch Lab have it nailed. Friendly, helpful, quick and reasonably priced. Why go elsewhere? Keep up the good work. It's a recipe for success! Replaced new battery on Tag at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. Customer: Simon Thomas”
