So far less than a week my husband is not as sweaty a he usually is on our tempur mattress

Service was excellent with the mattress topper arriving the day after it was ordered. However, once I had taken it out of the bag, I decided it would not give enough softness on top of a very firm mattress and so returned it. I had read all the favourable reviews but did not want to risk using it and then not being able to return it. I'm very disappointed as I find memory foam mattress toppers too warm.

Happy with the. Ordering service and initial impressions of the products. However only issue was the box they were packed in was so large I could not move it on my own. The on line tracking of delivery was good and enabled me to give instructions for where to leave the parcel as I could not be at home when it was delivered. When I arrived home it had been thrown over the garden gate (which was not locked) and the box was damaged.

I really like the deluxe pillow, being able to adjust the volume of filling to get just the right thickness for me.. and it feels lovely too.

Loved the quilt, light and warm, really seems to help regulate my body temperature. Mattress cover really comfortable and again cool. Pillow is taking a little longer to get use to, but am definitely not getting so hot at night and am looking forward to seeing if helps with sinus/ allergy problems. Overall would definitely recommend.

I ordered 2 deluxe medium wool duvets 8-12 tog for both my children's beds and a classic wool pillow each. The duvets at first I thought were so thin for 8-12 tog, I was thinking they would be squishy and snuggy like a goose down, however I think the duvets are very insulating and you need to get your head around the fact that just because they are thin doesn't mean they are not warm. My sons bedroom gets very cold, so wanted an all round duvet and I think this will be fine. The pillows unfortunately were just a bit big (thickness), and quite dense, they had no give in them my little ones necks got very uncomfortable. (3&5yrs) My husband and I have given them one of our pillows and we use the wool ones to just dress our bed as extra pillows. Very good service.

Thank you so much for your feedback, you dont say which pillows you purchased, but our Deluxe pillows can be adjusted by taking out some of the wool filling, which may be better for your little ones. We also stock a Cot/Travel pillow which is smaller in size and not as filled, so this may be a better option in the short term. We appreciate your review though and hope to see you again soon. We bought a king size all season duvet. I think the price is competitive with the advantage of a warm natural fibre duvet. Free postage is a big advantage to us usually-disadvantaged northern Scots. I've bought 2 of these previously (single size) for my children. Its the only 4 season duvet I could find when I searched We need the flexibility up north to have both thicknesses of duvets or one of them individually. The only negative point is that the poppers holding the two duvets together need to be stronger.

Lovely products (alpaca mattress topper and king size pillow) and beautifully packaged ... however have still to experience the temperature regulation properties stated hence not 5*

Duvet more or less stays in place during the night, no complaints. Pillow is soft and comfortable.

Purchased both the mattress topper & mattress protector after reading the advice on 'the wool rooms' website & have to say what a difference it's made. My rather firm & uncomfortable mattress is now much softer to sleep on. I would have given 5 stars but taken a point off as both items had faulty stitching. However, i have to say customer service were fantastic & delivered a new set two days later. One slight concern i'd like to raise, is that the delivery man asked a total stranger if she could sign & deliver them.............. Seems he couldn't be bothered to get out of his van & deliver them himself, fortunately she was an honest lady & brought them to my door.

Your wool bedding has literally transformed life. No longer do I woke up cold and clammy. Now always warm and snug! Wedding gifts and now baby cot sets to all my large extended family sorted! Would be 5* but your delivery system not v accurate! Th m you Wool Room. Good job!

The bedding was for my Grandson. He seems to be well pleased with it. I am considering purchasing the mattress topper for myself at a later date. I have a pillow already and am well pleased with that. The service was good and bedding arrived promptly and well packed.

The quit I ordered is a great product. i really like it. The delivery of it was a problem though. The delivery company said I was not at home when they tried to deliver it. The reason I was not at home was they tried to deliver to the wrong address! I eventually got the quilt two days later. I suggest the delivery company ask their drivers to check the address they are at before saying the customer is not at home.

The service is excellent. Delivery efficient. I have a duvet that I love. I also like the sustainable cruelty free aspect of the wool products. But latest order of two pillow - standard and luxury - I am disappointed. I find them hard with no 'give'. I have opened the luxury and shaken the wool and removed a small amount but still not happy. I sleep badly and was hoping this would help me sleep better. Just too 'solid'

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your new pillows. Our Deluxe pillows may be a better option for you as they are fully adjustable, the luxury pillows come in a pre-filled soft, medium and firm tension and are not designed to have the filling removed in the same way as the Deluxe pillows. Very pleased with the alpaca all seasons duvet; the product is excellent and would have given 5* had it not been for some delivery issues - these were swiftly resolved when I contacted the wool room and I'd be happy to shop here again.

Ordered the Amcliffe Fern throw with a discount. Beautiful colour, and softer than my other wool throw. although it feels much thinner. Delivery was excellent.
