“Wright brothers produce and products are fantastic. We've ordered a lot of fresh fish, as well as their chef made stuff and the smoked / larder stuff and it's always been exceptional. They are always incredibly helpful when contacted. I think they're just fab!”

“Poducts as usual excellent tho peeled brown prawns disappointing. However DPD did not deliver to first floor and ring our door bell as requested. either you did not pass on thr request or they did not respect the request. This is the therd time the parcel was left at the gardden flat and I who is 96 had to lift the heavy package up 34 steps. I will not order from you again if yoou use DP```d”

“I bought a £100 gift card for my daughter's birthday. She ordered for Tuesday, 2 July, her birthday, but in the morning received a message to say the order would not be delivered until the next day. She contacted Wright Bros to explain it was a birthday meal but nothing could be done. It arrived mid-afternoon on Wednesday, 3July but was inedible due to its period in transit. Wright Bros are re-delivering on Sat, 6 July but her birthday was spoiled because of this. Very disappointed.”

Hi Linda, Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry that your daughters parcel was delayed in transit. This was caused by an operating issue at our local DPD sorting depot. These issues are very rare but are not possible to avoid entirely. Our insulated boxes and ice packs are designed to keep the products cold for the duration of the transit period, even if there is a one day delay, however there are other factors that can effect this. We understand that in your daughters case, there were factors that resulted in the order arriving in an unsatisfactory condition, so we have arranged to replace the order at a convenient time. “Wright Brothers exceeded expectations yet again with their outstanding products for my rainbow-themed dinner party. The sushi-grade Tuna was superb, with a buttery texture that melted in the mouth. The Salsa Verde was exceptional, adding a vibrant kick to the meal. The Hake was perfectly tender, and the crab was, as always, top-notch. The Razor clams were a delightful novelty that my guests loved. Everything was delivered promptly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.”
