“This was my second order from WB. Product was good, though the carabineros were packaged in a bag and not a box as described in the website. The delivery experience, however, was my worst ever. I was notified that delivery would be made between 8-10am. Just before noon I contacted WB to check on the status as I had not received my order, I was then informed it would arrive between 12:15 and 2:15pm. A little before 3pm when I checked again, I was told it would be with me in 30 minutes, but no later than 5pm. The order finally came at 5:30pm, with my entire day being wasted waiting for the delivery! For my firsts order delivery was on time, but I was given someone else’s package and the driver had to return sometime later to exchange the package. The delivery and logistics seem to very poorly handled and cannot really be relied on.”

“Well packed, delivery was too time and regular updates were welcome. I liked being able to choose a delivery date as this was for a birthday and it was a lovely surprise on the day.”

“I’ve been a fan of Wright brothers for years but due to pregnancy, decided to save my at home box purchasing until after the baby arrives and I’m so pleased I did. Oysters, as always were delicious and the lobster was delicious too. So good and great service, we have already put another order in. Thanks guys.”

“I sent a care package to my family in Cambridge - delivery was on time and in excellent condition - oysters, scallops, prawns, lobster and crab enjoyed by all. Will definitely order again!”

“This was our first time ordering and attempting to cook shellfish and it all went pretty much perfectly. Order turned up on time, well packaged and all fresh. Got everything delivered on a Friday and then spent the weekend enjoying the various bits and pieces. Would do again.”

“1st time ordering for myself - previous time was a gift for a friend. Everything was perfect & would strongly recommend. Arrived on time, really well packed & everything was beautifully prepared & tasted amazing. Had 4 days shelf life too as vacuum sealed. Will definitely be ordering again shortly. Thank you”
