“We have used Wright Brothers home delivery on quite a few occasions, the fish has always been really good , so fresh and flavoursome .”

“My order didn’t arrive. I have not been refunded. Nobody has contacted me. I only found out the my order wasn’t going to arrive when the DPD order status changed to ‘order collected by disposed of’ - I guessed that meant it wasn’t going to be delivered and sure enough 8 days after the day it was supposed to be delivered - no order, no explanation, no communication at all, no response to my emails and no refund. Non existent customer service. Truly terrible - I won’t be giving up until I get an apology, an explanation and a refund.”

As mentioned, we will be looking into why we did not receive any of the emails and would like to sincerely apologise again for this. “I bought two boxes of oysters. They are so fresh and nice! Can't wait to recommend to my friends. It's my first time to open oysters by myself. After opening half a dozen of oysters, I got the skill. I also bought some fish. Oh it was so good that they were all ready to cook. And of course, fresh and nice fish fillets! ;)”

“The oysters were absolutely superb but unfortunately the frozen giants crab claws were not nice at all. They were tasteless and tough.A great disappointment”

“Many thanks to Wright Brothers At Home! Always a wonderful experience. We ordered some crabs and oysters, the oysters were excellent, the crabs were perfectly cooked (no missing claws, or water), very fleshy. We ordered several times and were never disappointed. I will definitively order again.”

“Can't fault the service and it feels good to be supporting what was a restaurant based business who are innovating at this crazy time. Outstanding fresh fish, beautifully prepared and packaged and delivered on a day to suit. We like the unknown of the catch of the day box as it makes us think of new receipes for the different fish that's included. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“My order was not complete and I was not informed of this. I had to ring the office to be informed that there had not been a mistake - one of the items had not been landed and therefore not included. I was refunded efficiently .”

“I had fresh crabmeat that was really lovely. A brill that fed 4 of us and some Dover sole. Totally fresh, smelt deliciously of the sea when opened. I look forward to my next box. Also packaging is as recyclable as possible.”
