“I had a jacket which I'm very fond of and the zip went on it ages ago. I took it to the zip yard as I had a 10% off voucher. They told me the charge immediately and how long it would take. It was actually ready a day early and they texted me to let me know that I could pick up if I want. When I did pick it up, I found the zip replacement was very neat; it looked like the original zip. I would definitely recommend the zip yard.”

“From the door I saw a people who care about my problem, no matter what how small is it. Smiley, positive people who want to make things done quickly. Attention to the details is high level, I was really surprise from the yellow welcome letter which they give to any new customer, it's just a nice gesture which makes the difference. I've got my jacket in a few days and everything look great and stylish. Thank you!”
