Thank you for your feedback, You paid £12 for great customer service, skilled seamstresses and the shop fittings and services towards our rents and rates that come with running a shop seems good value to me. We always advise our prices before you hand so using our services is completly optional.

“My bridesmaid dresses had to be taken up which looked amazing when finished however we went back in after further adjustments were to be made at the appoinement time agreed and the dress as not ready/hadn't been worked on after a week! I had no call to explain this. We had to come back 3 days later.”

Thank you for you comments I am sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately the shop manager left and things slipped a little. I am pleased to say a new one has started and things are back in order. We hope to see you again soon.

“Had a maxi dress taken in and a cardigan repaired that had a hole in it. Dress now fits perfectly and I cannot see where the Zipyard repaired my much lived cardigan. Superb service and ready 2 days earlier than expected. Would only take my dry cleaning and alterations to The Zipyard! ????”

“They were very accommodating for what I needed done and told me if I am not happy please return it and it will be done. The job's they have done for me in the past have all been good and reasonably priced, I will defiantly keep using them.”

“Zip yard repaired a pair of my husband's favourite shorts. They did a great job and it didn't cost the earth. The young lady (Hayley) on the front desk was very helpful and friendly too. Thank you.”
