“The bag's zip had broken but the bag was in general good condition. Zip replaced promptly for ( I recall) £9. Looks and works like new again. Result!”

“Have used zip yard a few times now have always found the staff really friendly and helpful and the work by the girls who do the alterations is fantastic !.I had a jacket updated and a pair of my husband's combats altered recently great job ,really professional ,always great service will definitely be back .Thanks again,”

“Lost my husbands trousers and it was nearly two days before they found them I had to keep phoning although the staff said they would phone me back.”

Hi Rosemary, sorry about that. In this rare occasion one of the trousers fell off the hanger at our dry cleaning base and never made it back on the first run. Sorry for the two day wait. We look forward to seeing you again soon at the ZipYard

“Telephoned to make an appointment to have my wedding dress altered, the person who answered the telephone could not understand me, she was Polish or Spanish, she kept asking me what I wanted and then started to get quite aggressive, I asked her why she was getting angry with me and she put the phone down, I telephoned back and the same person answered the phone and told me that I had to phone back later as she was busy with Customers???? disgusting service”
