“I use the CE Shop every other year to complete my continuing education. Great information, presented well, with interesting case studies for better understanding. I can stop a course and continue whenever it is convenient for me. I feel certain I will always do virtual classes in the future.”

“Great customer service as I had to call several times due to technical issues. Classes are straight forward. I completed 16 credits in the comfort of my home. They forward the certificates of completion to DPOR. I just want to say thank yo CE Shop.”

“Will definitely use again for CE Only reason it’s not 5 stars is due to lots of spelling mistakes and some of the content has wishy washy answers on the testing. Other than that very affordable and quick. Thank you”

Hi Joe. Could you please let us know which course was duplicated? Sometimes courses are duplicated from one year to the next so that people can catch up on their previous CE while others are working on the new CE.

“I really like the course offerings, but think the time that it takes to complete the test should be included in the required time. A couple of the courses that I took this year required me to take approximately an additional 20-30!minutes.”

Hello Peter, we're sorry you didn't enjoy your learning experience with us. Yours was a rare case of a technical issue that we, unfortunately, weren't able to successfully troubleshoot. Our Customer Service Supervisor and one of our IT specialists spent hours on your particular issue, but without the ability to replicate it, we weren't able to solve the problem for you. We have refunded your full amount as of 2/21/21.
