“It was wordy … sounded like a newly minted lawyer wrote it ... it took me twice as long as the hours to complete it … 6 hours for a 3 hour course. some parts were confusing and unclear. I did this with another agent who has over 10 years and I have twice that much”

Hello Timothy. Thank you for providing that feedback. Our courses are self-paced and the hour limit should be seen as the absolute minimum amount of time these courses will take. If you have specific feedback on areas of the course that you found confusing or unclear we'd be happy to take another look at it. Hello Thair. Thank you for that feedback. We present a lot of good information in our courses and try to be as concise as possible. I'm sorry that you found your course to be too long. I think the reason we use one pronoun instead of two is simply to avoid confusion while people are learning.

“Post Licensing was thorough and complete. I was able to learn the material at my pace and the CE shop had resources to help me get through Post Licensing. There were a couple of errors on the tests but given the amount of material that is understandable.”
