“I don’t like how exams are set up with PSI... psi is not equipped to deal with updates and MacBooks or chrome books. The CE shop was pretty good and the course went smoothly for me until it came time for testing. For that reason I read three stars because you should be affiliated with a testing center that is up-to-date with software on different devices especially when everything is remote at this point. It took me over a month to get refunds for exams that were scheduled that I wasn’t able to do because of PSI nonsense”

Hello Suzanne. Thank you for providing that feedback. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with PSI. PSI is a third-party company and while we partner with them for proctoring in many states, we cannot speak to their technical difficulties. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to use a MacBook. From what I can tell those should be sufficient. I do know they do not allow Chromebooks, though. After going through the process of studying and preparing for an exam, the last thing you need to experience is technical difficulties, and we apologize that that happened. We believe that PSI's online proctoring services are far more convenient than requiring in-person proctoring and we feel they offer a typically high level of quality for a reasonable cost. Most of our students report a positive experience with PSI but that we will share your feedback and work with them to identify opportunities to improve.

“Courses excellent. NY state is unique so some info not universal in course content. Overall great experience and have MUCH improved your curriculum. Only negative is variety of courses limited . Thank you.”
