“I am pleased with the courses that I've taken at the CE Shop. They are very easy to understand and maneuver. The only criticism I have is that more time should be allowed to finish the courses.”

“CE Shop was a great tool in working on my pre-licensing. While there were a few things I did have to call on, they were prompt to make sure the issues were corrected. Overall, I would recommend CE Shop.”

“My one and only complaint is that your classes expire 18 months after you purchase them. I didn't realize that once and had to repurchase some classes. Now, I know that; but I still think it would be good business for The CE Shop to send a reminder maybe a month before the classes expire. Other than that, I've been working with the CE Shop's on-line classes for at least 5 years. I enjoy live classes, but the on-line classes are so convenient because you can do one class over time.”

“It took several phone calls and over 45 days to get my CE credits posted with the State. My license was pending posting my CE credits causing a delay of working and earning money. It should not take that long. I forwarded evidence of completion of the courses and was promised several time it would take a few days, it took almost 2 months before all my credits were posted properly”

“I did have to call the helpline several times for clarification of questions and to navigate pages--especially to find how to get to the practice tests before taking my state exam. But bottom line is: I passed my Managing Broker exam the first time. I'm very pleased.”

“I took license renewal course for the year of 2018;however, it was somehow sent as 2016 and reported to my state. I found out this mistake and reported back to CE shop customer service center. They took quick action and just made it in time.”

“Overall good information and a knowledgeable instructor. The course could have been better more directly related to real estate, for example, changes or dangers to 1031 Exchanges, Capital Gains, etc; there could have been more time allowed for questions and discussion generated from the attendees.”

“I completed my pre-licensing class with this same company and the program was engaging, but this program was not very engaging; however, I do like the convenience of being able to complete the necessary post licensing requirements online.”
