“I don’t really recommend using CE, too wordy and not into the point and knowledge not really using in life as an example. Secondx, you only have two chances to pass the class, not make sense at all to pay the class again if fail two times, and learning the same exactly course . Other competitors can take as many time as you want.”

Hello. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't feel that our course adequately prepared you. Our courses are designed around the topics prescribed by each state's real estate commission and they are in alignment with the licensing exam topics. Over 76% of our students reported that they passed their exams on the first try. It is our understanding that the state determines the number of times you can test so other companies should not be allowing more attempts. “Overall it was a great course with A LOT of material. I do wish that there would have been more instructional videos. This would have made learning the material somewhat easier.”

“course content had errors. proctoring process was terrible. biggest problem was that the proctor could not read my ID. I have a microsoft surface book which is only 2 years old with all software/operating system updates. Very frustrating. But also, there was a microsoft os app that your tech support had to disable on one occasion but not others. Getting the proctoring process ready to go and trying get id read by the proctor was multiple hours on the 2nd 2 test. first test all went smoothly. It was nerve wracking. Not what you want before taking a test.”

Hello Charles. Thank you for providing that feedback. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with PSI. PSI is a third-party company and while we partner with them for proctoring in many states, we cannot speak to their technical difficulties. After going through the process of studying and preparing for an exam, the last thing you need to experience is technical difficulties, and we apologize that that happened. We believe that PSI's online proctoring services are far more convenient than requiring in-person proctoring and we feel they offer a typically high level of quality for a reasonable cost. Most of our students report a positive experience with PSI but we will share your feedback and work with them to identify opportunities to improve.
