“Best customer service ever. I was hesitant to purchase such an expensive item from overseas online. However, the customer service I received eased all my concerns - they were excellent, responsive, detail oriented and when I had to change my order, they did so quickly and easily. Don’t hesitate to trust and purchase from them as they will stand by the product and give you peace of mind.”

“I found The Fifth Collection to be very efficient , courteous and the packaging and merchandise to be exactly as described . I would recommend this company and it’s products to anyone who is contemplating using the site . It’s refreshing to find an honest , diligent company with integrity. I intend to use it a lot . The only thing that upset me which is in no way the fault of fifth collection was the exorbitant amount of money charged for taxes fees etc . Thank you Sharon”

“I usually dont leave reviews but your staff has been so helpful - i think i was talking to someone named Rohai before and he/she really helped me (taking pictures of the stuff that better represent their condition) etc. And i feel like he was answering my questions honestly (regarding the conditions etc - so that i won't get dissatisfied once it arrives) very friendly, very quick response, super helpful.”
