“Loved the treasure that I found from you guys, but wish that the damage to the packaging was more clearly indicated. The surface of the sunglass box looked like it was subject to heat damage and there was nothing written about it in the item description... I was getting this as a gift so it was a little surprising to me. That said it did not affect the condition of the actual item.”

“The only thing I would say is I find the website irritating to browse, when you click into an item to view it more closely and then go back the list goes all the way to the start again. It would be useful to be able to view the items more easily from the list page. On the other hand your service is brilliant, and it’s so easy to try things and then return. The quality of your content is really high too. Good job.”

“I am overall pretty happy with my shopping experience. However have to say that the presentation of the item was slightly disappointing. A ribbon and a little 'thank you' card would go a long way and add a little luxury shopping experience. That is exactly one of the reasons why we shop at luxury boutiques - the experience!”

Hi Pam, thanks for taking the time to leave a review and feedback! Part of the agreement with selling with us is that there is no back and forth with the sellers on the pricing. The curators' expertise is to also put the best price for the seller and buyer, and we want the best for both! We do have sales twice a year and that's when the prices will be discounted further!
