“Third time I order a certain type of boxes and third time they informed me it is out of stock and I have to wait several weeks... No emails on despatching times/days neither”

“Given the premium price point for these boxes, I would expect a premium service. First of all, shipping should be free. Secondly, delivery time for the products is unacceptable (2+ weeks).”

“These boxes are fabulous! They look so classy and make us look tidy! I would have given 5 stars but some of the metal fixings for the straps weren’t enclosed. Luckily there were double of the box fittings in one so I used those.”

“Good quality product sent but two of the three items I ordered were out of stock. However there was a prompt email to give me the choice to be sent teh items at a later date or cancel the order. Well handled customer service.”
