“Good quality product sent but two of the three items I ordered were out of stock. However there was a prompt email to give me the choice to be sent teh items at a later date or cancel the order. Well handled customer service.”

“Having place the order, I received an email saying the item was out of stock and it may be a couple of months before it was available. I managed to source the item locally and cancelled my order with The Holding Company and this was dealt with efficiently and quickly.”

“The quality of the boxes I bought were noticeably different to others I have seen. The service was good. I was disappointed that my colour red was not available however I was overall very happy with the boxes, communication and speedy delivery - thank you”

“I was very disappointed when my order of two Christmas plastic storage boxes with compartments arrived. The description on the website did not suggest that the compartments were the result of very thin cardboard dividers to create the individual compartments. The picture on the website was also very misleading, as it showed the box set up with compartments that looked like strong plastic dividers. It was too expensive to pay to return these items back to you. Therefore I have had to purchase plastic dividers myself from another company to create the compartments within the box. Overall this has worked out as a very expensive storage box for my Christmas decorations, and I will not use or recommend your company for any future on line purchases.”

“The baskets we ordered appear to be of good quality and as described online and were delivered in line with the estimates given. Communications could be improved by sending an email on despatch. Overall we are pleased with our purchase.”

“Looking for particular products we found them here and they do what we wanted exactly. Unfortunately one of the products was damaged in transit but a quick phone call and it was sorted with a replacement sent straight away. Excellent customer service!”

“I bought some Elfa uprights from The Holding Company and had them ship them to Iceland (they aren't available in my country except in a bigger size that doesn't fit into my wardrobe). I bought them on Dec. 31. The next working day (Jan. 2) they contacted me by email and let me know how much to pay for shipment. After I had paid for shipment, the parcel arrived within a week. The company was quick to respond to every query and quick to get the merchandise delivered.”
