“Products are exactly as described! Did a mistake when ordering a big amount of boxes...Had to re-order everything in a very short time! I got the best support I ever got from any Company on internet (both to send back the first order and to get the new one). Will definitely order again!!!”

“Hmm, I wasn't blown away with the quality, there was dent on the front of the box on arrival. I was kinda surprised you had to put it together yourself for £21 and the lid/box don't slide together nicely. It's fine for what I need it for, I'm not going to spend time sending it back etc but not wowed by the quality.”

“Product is excellent quality and has transformed my make up into orderly fashion and easily accessible. One product still on back order, hopefully won't have to wait too long. Communication could have been more efficient but put this down to Black Friday madness.”

We're sorry you are unhappy with our shipping prices. We charge a flat rate no matter what you order - as you ordered discounted goods with a value of just £13.22, that rate is comparatively high. Had you made a more substantial order this would not have been the case.

“The Ella system is great, family and friends have purchased on multiple occassions over the years. The trouble is it’s quite difficult to order so I called and unfortunately did get all the advice I needed for full install, which lead to having to make 2 separate orders. I think customer service could help abit more over the phone to make sure we have what we need.”

“The products are good and the website is easy to navigate. The only downside to the service is that standard delivery comes with absolutely no despatch updates or confirmation of delivery date. This may be useful if, like a number of items on the website, the goods are large & would require someone in to accept delivery”

“I bought 4 shirt drawers for the shelf in my wardrobe - fantastic product, fits perfectly on my shelf, excellent way of storing things inside a wardrobe or cupboard. Arrived quickly. Un fortunately unable to post a photo, but they look very neat.”

“Although the staff have been polite, we are very disappointed with The Holding Company's standard of service. We've been informed that most of the items we ordered are out of stock - some, indefinitely - yet they are still being advertised on the company's website as if freely available. Several weeks on from placing our order, and having agreed to accept alternative versions/colours, we are still waiting for the items to arrive, and have received no further communication from the company regarding a likely date for this. The one item it did send arrived in a badly damaged state. Attempts to return it, or swap it for other goods have been met with silence, apart from an initial offer to sell us the item at a reduced price. There are other online companies selling similar items of comparable quality, but doing so at more competitive prices. Delivery is extremely prompt, exchanges and refund are handled efficiently, and communications between company and customer are polite and genuinely helpful. If The Holding Company wants to retain or attract customers, it needs to up its game seriously. I, for one, have reached the end of my tether.”

We're very sorry that you have been left dissatisfied with your order. Our inbound stock of the item ordered was destroyed in the Indonesian earthquake disaster so we supplied the same item in an alternative colour. There were quality issues reported with the alternative for which we offered a substantial discount, and upon rejection of this offer issued a full refund for the item in question. We have been in contact throughout the process and once again apologise.

“Second time shopping at The Holding Company. Good range of products and purchased what I needed and with a web discount via their promotions email (although another extra 10% offered after I made my purchase). Would recommend as dealt with the manager for an exchange the first time I shopped here and they were very helpful.”
