“Not really impressed - the first time I have used them as I was desperate to sort storage for my daughter’s bedroom. The boxes I ordered were expensive but the only size I could find that would fit into the built in cupboard we have. No discount offered for first time user but I still went ahead. When they arrived 2 out of 12 of the boxes were cracked and damaged. I’d hoped they would be a bit sturdier than they were for the price but the damage shows how they are not that robust . Am still waiting for the two to be replaced .”

Hi Jacqui We try our best to pack our orders securely but with the best will in the world sometimes transit damage occurs - you replacements are en route, and we're very sorry for the inconvenience. With regard to a discount - the boxes you purchased were already reduced by 30%!

“I have received what I have ordered online with no problems. The quality of the box I have ordered is high standard in contrast to generics found elsewhere - sturdy, stylish, and practical box. I was a bit surprised that the lid of the box is attached rather separate, but it is no big bother. The only suggestion I will make is that it would have been nice to have the possibilities to have free shipping - such as orders over certain amount, etc.”

“Easy to order online. The quality of the goods are great. My only complaint is as they charge 6.95 for delivery the delivery service is very slow. I didnt receive them for nearly 2 weeks after ordering. Theres no gollow up email or text to say they have been dispatched and wshen tou are likely to get your items. I had to chase them up.”

So glad you are happy with your goods and can only apologise for the late delivery. Your order was despatched in three working days from order, and must have got held up in the post.

“I was pleased with my hat box. It arrived well packaged. It is deep & holds all my winter hats. (I may purchase another for summer hats)! My only reservation was the cost as it was more expensive than others I researched. However, I liked the finish, canvas covered board & the colour, which is compatible with my decor. It seems to be a good quality product.”

“Love my new boxes from The Holding Company. Delivered on time, to my door and well packed. The boxes are so attractive, exactly what I have been looking for and made from very good material which is lovely to touch. The boxes are easy to construct, fit a certain space perfectly and look wonderful. Will definitely buy from The Holding Company again.”
